CDE Standards:

Standard 1: Observe and Learn to Connect

Teach kiddos how artists tell a story, show what matters to them or inform them of a message.

Standard 2. Envision and Critique to Reflect

Teach kids how to find why artists make art.

Standard 3. Invent and Discover to Create

Teach cool techniques that kids can use at home to make art: paint, draw sculpt, craft.  
           (Remember, we have limited supplies.)

Standard 4. Relate and Connect to Transfer

Teach kids how they can connect art with their own life and/or their community.
